Return Window

  • Return Window: Customers must initiate a return or refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Notification: Email us at sales@aqvagreenenterprise.in with the following details:

    • Order number.

    • Reason for the return.

    • Photographic evidence (if applicable).

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable for purchases of all products under the following conditions:

  • Eligible Products: All products purchased as individual items.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition.

    • Accompanied by all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

    • Shipped with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  • Non-eligible Returns: Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns must use a trackable shipping method to avoid disputes.

  • Ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  2. Ship the defective product to us (shipping cost borne by the customer).
